I’m a J.D. candidate at NYU School of Law and a graduate of Vanderbilt University, where I studied Economics and Mathematics and was an Ingram Scholar and College Scholar.
Before law school, I worked across private equity and venture capital, including at Brown Brothers Harriman’s Cedar Street Equity and Neythri Futures Fund. Those experiences introduced me to businesses from an investor’s perspective—from evaluating markets and companies to understanding the strategic, financial, and operational considerations behind investment decisions.
My interests have also taken me beyond investing. In Odisha, India, I led a financial-inclusion initiative supporting more than 1,000 women across 12 rural villages. I founded Motion for the Ocean to expand access to environmental and STEM education, and I have spent nearly a decade involved with The Climate Reality Project, progressing from participant to leadership and mentorship roles.
Across these experiences, I have become increasingly interested in how businesses grow, capital is deployed, risks are allocated, and legal frameworks shape what companies, investors, and communities can accomplish.

Exeter, New HampshireLong before law school, music was one of the constants in my life. I have studied violin, piano, voice, and music theory, and still value the combination of discipline and creativity that comes from making music.
I’m also a Rescue Diver and happiest when I have an excuse to get underwater. My interest in the ocean eventually grew from fascination into environmental education and advocacy—and ultimately into founding Motion for the Ocean.
On land, you can usually find me playing chess, learning tennis, painting, exploring New York, or going down an unusually specific policy rabbit hole.
I’m interested in the kinds of things that reward curiosity: oceans and markets, businesses and institutions, mathematics and art, a complicated chess position, an unfamiliar city, or a good debate.
